These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by LA Mastering, a division of LA Music Studios. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

• We provide professional audio Mastering, Stem Mastering, and Dolby Atmos & Mastering services.

• All work is carried out using the files you submit and delivered digitally.

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required in advance before any work begins.

• Orders without payment will not be processed.

3. Delivery

• Final files will be delivered via email, file transfer, or download links.

• Turnaround time may vary depending on project complexity.

4. Customer Responsibility

• Customers must ensure they hold full rights to the tracks submitted.

• LA Mastering will not be liable for any copyright-related issues.

5. Credits

We request that customers include “Mastered by LA Mastering” in the official release credits of their music.

6. Order Validity

• If files are not submitted within 30 days of placing the order, the order will be cancelled automatically without refund.

7. Revisions

• Reasonable revisions are included as part of the service. Major changes beyond the scope of the original order may incur additional charges.
